Why we built Papersetter
We built Papersetter because we were frustrated too.
Our co-founders spent time in and around classrooms, and kept hearing the same thing: the teaching was the easy part. The admin was what was wearing people down.
Exam creation alone could swallow a whole weekend. Collaboration meant emailing Word documents back and forth. Marking meant cross-referencing schemes manually across dozens of scripts, and none of the tools talked to each other.
So we asked a simple question: what if teachers had a system that did that repetitive work for them (assembling to a blueprint, checking the balance, formatting the output) while they stayed in charge of every question that goes on the paper?
